Or is it, “I’ve been Podcast”? I don’t understand these newfangled words. The oldfangled ones were ten times better, if not eleven.
Ok, then.
In case you didn’t get enough of my “Expedient does not mean fast” post the other day, voiceover artist Kriskkaria did a podcast version and somehow managed to make me sound witty. She’s quite a miracle worker. The whole thing is very NPR, by the way, which couldn’t be cooler. It’s just a couple of minutes long.
I have placed an easy-to-find link right…
Big thanks to Kris!!!

People who study English via your examples (in written or podcast form) learn fewer facts in less time ~ it’s expedient!
She did a lovely NPR-ish job.

If I knew anything about the language, I’d say I was just insulted!

Being podcast is far better than being typecast. It sounded good. 🙂

Both of them are better than being in a body cast!
**crickets**
Hmmm. They can’t all be winners.

That’s awesome! She makes you sound terrific.

There was a 50/50 chance she would either make me sound good or I’d drag her down. I’m glad she prevailed.

Congratulations! Can I say that I know you when I am at parties?
Now let’s get some video shots of you and Tony and if possible one partial music track and put you on You Tube. I am psyched!

Me + figuring out how to convert files and junk = avoidance.
Actually, we’ve had some delays in the recording for personal reasons. We’ve recently resumed the mixdown and hope to be done in a month or so. I’ll try to gather some snippets of video somehow. Damn me and my 1980s ways.

She did a very entertaining job.

I agree 100%

That is too cool! You’re famous! 🙂

Sorry I missed your comment, Jill. I guess I’m too busy with all the interviews and TV appearances.
😉

Damnit, I was hoping to hear a voice to put with the writing.

Ah, well, Kris the podcaster has a much better voice. If I ever get a publishing deal, I’m going to take her on the book promo tour to do the in store readings.
Pretend Matthew Broderick is reading my posts aloud. I’ve been told I sound like him.

But, it’s so much fun! Scroll down to podcasts 37 and 42 for my first time ever on the international airwaves. http://blog.normalexistence.com/archives/hike-yeah/
